Become a Consignor

If you are interested in becoming a consignor, we are more than happy to make an appointment for you anytime during regular business hours.  Simply contact us or stop in to reserve an available time.

We are currently accepting:

• Stylish “in season” clothing for women, men, juniors, youth and children
• Accessory items including belts, purses and shoes
• DVD’s, CD’s, jewelry and small home décor items
• We also offer advertising of your larger home furnishing items in our sales book.

In order to satisfy our customers, items with stains, odors of any kind or other obvious flaws will not be accepted.  All clothing must be freshly laundered, wrinkle free and on hangers to avoid a $1.00/item deduction from your consignment account.  Hangers will be provided to you free of charge.  All non-clothing items must be clean, in good condition and in working order with no missing parts or pieces.

Twice is Nice Consignment and Boutique reserves the right to accept only items that we feel may sell.  We may not be able to accept all of your items, based on current inventory levels, condition of item or quality of product.  Any items not accepted will be donated and a donation slip will made be available.  If a consignor requested for items to be returned, they will be held for no longer than 5 days at which time they will be donated.

Consignment Period

We generally keep items on display for a 60 day period.  Every item is fairly priced and the consignor will receive 40% of the purchase price for all items sold.  We do not guarantee that any or all of your items will be sold or for how much they will sell.

Items placed in our “sales book” will have a minimum of a 90 day consignment period and will be subject to 30% consignment rate.

Twice is Nice will be responsible for pricing your items based on supply and demand and will work hard to get the best possible price for you.  However, we do reserve the right to take markdowns and run occasional sales.  Generally after 20 days, items are automatically reduced 20%.  After 40 days, items are reduced an additional 20% of the original price.

Consignment Payout

Consignor’s proceeds ($5.00 & over) are available after the 15th of each month.  Those proceeds not collected by the end of the month will be mailed to each consignor for a nominal fee.

Termination of Consignment / Loss

If an item does not sell, you may choose to donate it to charity, or return to Twice is nice to collect any unsold items.  If you wish to retrieve any items, you may come in and our sales associates will assist you in retrieving them.  After the 60 day consignment period has expired, all items become the property of Twice is Nice.

Although it is our priority to protect your items, Twice is Nice is not responsible or liable for any damage to, depreciation of, theft, customer damage, or loss of articles while in its custody.  The consignor agrees to hold Twice Is Nice free of any and all losses whatsoever.
